Our Vision
"At Geekster, we are embracing the digital frontier by focusing on online sales and community-building. Through strategic social media engagement and hosting board game nights, we ensure that we thrive in the ever-changing online board game market while maintaining a strong, connected community."
Our Story
Geekster was founded by Chia Liang (CL) during the 2020 pandemic. Despite challenges like high shipping costs and slow fulfillment, our timing coincided with a surge in board game demand, leading to rapid, organic growth driven by word-of-mouth. With overwhelming support from our community, Geekster has since evolved from a side hustle into a thriving full-time venture by 2023.
In March 2023, Geekster made a strategic decision to close its retail presence at Eunos, aligning with the prevalent shift towards online shopping driven by the pandemic. We now operate with a renewed emphasis on internet sales. Despite this shift, our dedication to community building remains strong. We host Thursday Geek Out, Stress Out! board game night and actively involved in local board game events to ensure that our community remains vibrant and connected.

We prioritize fast shipping so you can start enjoying your new games as soon as possible. Plus, every order includes a handwritten thank-you note, reflecting the personal touch and heartfelt appreciation from us.
